I provide coaching in French and English for teams, peers and individuals who seek to change or obtain something. This process will be surprising as you will most likely outstretch what you set out to do.

Coaching clarifies fundamental values, challenges beliefs, and consequently enlightens your choices.

    I hugely enjoy facilitating group codevelopment. This very powerful solution-oriented tool fosters collective intelligence and strengthens transversal links among peers.

    It is critical that I work closely with the leader/decision maker to design the most appropriate formula depending on desired objective and constraints.

  • Career Coaching

    Going through a structured thought and action process with a professional is absolutely invaluable in times of doubt and uncertainty.

    I like to start by taking an interest in your larger life story and what is important for you professionals. I then propose tools to analyse your interests, motivations and values and give perspective to the next steps of your career.

  • Spot-on Coaching

    If you are faced with a challenging professional situation, Spot-on coaching can help! It consists of a once-off session to enable you examine the stakes and gain confidence in facing into what needs to be achieved. The duration of a spot-on coaching is 2 to 3 hours. Practical exercises and video can be a powerful tool in this process.
